The Dirty Dogs - Reason Or Ruin

These songs were recorded in the spring and summer of 2007. Normally, The Dirty Dogs perform as a duo in live intimate settings; fun to do, but not as exciting on record. Fortunately, we came across Kensington Sound in Toronto which not only gave us a great recording environment, but we were lucky enough to meet some really good musicians who were willing to contribute to our project. The final ingredient was a talented and sympathetic engineer who helped us get these songs down.

So there we were, in the back of a small studio in Toronto's Kensington Market amid the bohemians, fruit stands and blaring music from the club next door.

It was a lot of work and we loved every minute of it. We hope you like it...
